The tutorial documents are loaded with valuable baking tips ranging from understanding each ingredient you use and how they interact with the heat to give you a fluffy yet sturdy cake. Our unique tin size calculations and batter weight chart enables you bake precisely by providing you with precise measurements from 4" to 14" tins (round and square). This reduces waste and gives you more time to focus on cake decorating.
To get our recipes and baking video tutorials:
- Navigate to “Online Courses” on the website.
- Click “Enroll Now” this will take you to a page where you would find info about the course.
- Click on “Join” to create a login (username and password), then click “Sign Up”
- Enter your card details and make payment.
Once this is complete, click “Go to Program overview” to access the course.
- Each time you are on the website, select “Log In” and use the same login details you created earlier to access your course.
