In this one day class, you’ll learn the complete process of creating a flawless 3 -tier ganache cake in deep/dark coloured shades. At the end of the day, you’ll take home your beautifully finished cake, along with the confidence and skills to recreate professional-standard results in your own kitchen. About the Process - Duration: 8am – 6pm - Cake Style: 3 -Tier Cake (4” top tier, 6” middle tier, 8” bottom tier) - Finishing Medium: Coloured Chocolate Ganache What You’ll Learn: - Cake Size: 4” top tier, 6” middle tier, 8” bottom tier - Expert techniques for torting and filling cakes - Perfect swiss meringue buttercream making tips and tricks - Premium chocolate ganache making tips and tricks - Colour theory - how to achieve deep dark colours - Straight sharp edge techniques for cakes using acrylic discs - How to seamlessly remove acrylic discs - Genius stacking techniques for stability and structure - Attaching decorative mediums to cake - Styling and photography tips
